Google listing / London
When someone searches for a business like yours on Google Maps or Apple Maps, your listing is what they see first. A correct, complete profile makes sure it says the right things.
I'm Obi Spencer. Here is a checklist you can follow. Every rule in it comes from Google's and Apple's own pages, linked beside each step. They change their rules, so check the linked page for the current wording.

Google says it may suspend access to Business Profiles that break its guidelines, and that rule breaches can also lead to changes or removal. These are taken from Google's guidelines for representing your business or Google's policy on fake and incentivised reviews.
If you would rather not do this yourself, I set up your Google Business Profile and your Apple Maps listing, keep the details identical on both and on your website, and guide you through verification. The set-up is £199, one-off, quoted in writing before I start. See the Google listing set-up page.
I cannot decide where your business appears on Google or Apple Maps, and I cannot guarantee reviews. If you are opening a new venue, the profile is part of launch set-up, and for cafés and restaurants there is more on hospitality.
Common questions

Yes, if you do not serve customers at your business address. Google says to remove the address and enter only your service area.
Yes. Google says you can share a review link or QR code. You must not offer incentives or ask only your happy customers, and the reviews must be genuine.
It is a separate listing from Google. Apple says businesses can claim their location on Maps and control its logo, hours, images and key details, so it is worth keeping the two the same.
The set-up is £199, one-off, quoted in writing before I start. I do not offer discounts, and the price is the same for every client.
