What changes the price

Builds start from £1,200, and these things decide where yours lands:

  • How many pages you need. A clear homepage, services or menu pages, location and contact details and a simple enquiry path make a typical build.
  • How ready your content is. Copy guidance and image direction are included, so the more you already have, the simpler the build.
  • What the site needs to connect to. Integrations are part of the scope, and I confirm them on a discovery call.
  • Whether you add photography or video. They can be booked separately or as a package, so the visuals match the rest of your site.

Build or care: what is the difference?

The build is a one-off price to design and launch the site. Care is a monthly plan you can add afterwards to keep it updated. They are priced separately, so you pay for the care only if you want it.

Who it suits

Local businesses that need a professional home online without an oversized agency process. If you are opening a new business, see launch set-up, which pairs a website with your Google listing, photography and more.

How it works

  1. A discovery call. We confirm your goals, the pages you need and the timeline.
  2. Structure and copy outline. I send an outline for your approval.
  3. Design and build. I build it on a responsive, fast foundation.
  4. Launch support. I launch it, and you can pair it with Digital Identity, PPC and digital marketing or photography.

How to compare quotes

Ask each provider what is and is not included, and what you pay each month afterwards. Here is how my prices answer that.

  • What does the starting price include? A custom-built site with a clear page structure, copy support, a build that works on mobile, tablet and desktop, and launch foundations: core SEO metadata, an analytics-ready set-up, enquiry links and a clean handover.
  • What decides the final price? The number of pages, how ready your content is, what the site needs to connect to, and whether you add photography or video.
  • What do I pay after launch? Website Care & Maintenance is optional. It is £120 a month and covers hosting liaison, minor updates and small content tweaks.
  • Is there a minimum term on the monthly plans? No. You cancel with 28 days' notice.
  • When is the price confirmed? The exact scope is confirmed on a discovery call, and I quote in writing before any work starts.

The price is the same for every client, and I do not offer discounts.
